Delafield, Wisconsin-based DATASYST Engineering & Testing Services, Inc. is a leader in vibration testing. They conduct vibration testing in a controlled laboratory environment or in actual field operating conditions.
The types of vibration testing performed at DATASYST are:
Random Vibration: replicates complex frequencies in a chosen bandwidth.
Sine Sweep Vibration: sweeps across a frequency spectra, at a specified rate, testing can be performed to identify resonant frequencies of a unit under test.
Sine Dwell Vibration: dwells at a specific frequency, often at a resonant frequency, to duplicate a worst case condition for the unit under test.
Sine on Random Vibration: is performed by overlaying a sine dwell on a random vibration profile.
Vibration with Environmental: allows a product to be subjected to vibration and an environmental condition (hot/cold/humidity) simultaneously.
